The design expands on the brief to create a new destination and builds on an approach that encourages 'place-making' on the understanding that the future working environment, will be less about work and more about place'. The building is configured over 7 levels. You are welcomed by a sculpted reception space sublimated by a double height preserved moss wall. Then you find a multi-levelled workspaces including refreshment areas, collaboration zones, meeting spaces,... And finally on the top floor, there is a staff restaurant with visibility of a working kitchen.
