Les Promenades d ’Helvetia invites to embrace a sustainable and contemporary lifestyle in a residential haven. Since 2010, Helvetia has been seamlessly developed into the urban fabric of Moka, embodying urban design principles that coexist harmoniously with the natural surroundings. The essence of its high-quality living emanates from a delicate equilibrium between authenticity and modernity, fostering an energetic lifestyle while preserving moments of leisure. ASL was the Lead Consultant for the conceptualisation of the Masterplan and was also the Architect for the construction of the key Residential apartments and duplexes within the morcellement.Presenting a diverse array of residences, Helvetia caters to various lifestyle preferences. Characterised by modern architecture and a lifestyle attuned to nature, this project prioritises accessibility and security, elevating it to the status of an extraordinary residential development.The driving concept of this precinct is the connection to La Promenade, a walking & cycling path connecting all nearby developments and the view to the mountain ranges towards the north. Architects Studio masterfully captured the essence of Helvetia, delving deep into the location's unique characteristics, lifestyle nuances, cultural richness, and the spirit of the neighbourhood. Our mandate for the extensive development of numerous duplexes and apartments was approached with a keen understanding of the local context, ensuring that each residence seamlessly integrates into the tapestry of Helvetia's vibrant community.We were very careful to incorporate passive design measures within our Architecture. This results in a comfortable living environment and a reduction in energy and water consumption which is monitored by smart meters. In decoding the lifestyle of Helvetia's residents, Architects Studio recognised the need for spaces that harmonise with the dynamic and energetic way of life prevalent in the area. The design of each duplex and apartment reflects a thoughtful blend of authenticity and modernity, creating environments that not only meet but exceed the expectations of those who call Helvetia home. Helvetia, with its array of duplexes and apartments, stands as a testament to Architects Studio' ability to not only meet the demands of a project but to elevate it to the status of an extraordinary residential development.
