2014 Shortlisted International Hotel & Property Award, Restaurant Within a Hotel Award
STATUS:
‘Pullman teamed up with some of the world’s most forward thinking designers’ – the Bercy project formed part of the metamorphosis of the brand’s Paris hotels and encompassed the creation of a new (120 Cover) Restaurant as part of the upgrade and soft refurbishment of the existing (396) bedroom hotel. We worked as lead consultant alongside the owners/investors and Accor to deliver an inspired solution; ‘Vinoteca’ by Pullman has a strong, innovative presence and is effectively integrated within the restaurant environment; key features such as a timber ‘Vine’ designed to unify the interior with an impactful, (400 bottle) glazed wine display and inviting entrance, clearly defined as part of the new identity L’ESPRIT DU EME.
